1. At this time, you can inherit from your mother, mother's mother (grandmother) or sister. It is anticipated the computer programming needed to allow the inheritance of eligible Patriots from a paternal grandmother will be completed by Spring, 2026.
2. Ancestors that you cannot inherit will have the notation of FAMPCS, or FAMP/C with a child code of EL or FAMPCL associated with their application or supplemental.
