Sustainer Password Reset

Please remember, your username is always your national number. The Sustainer update website uses the same password used for e-Membership.

Reset My Password
  1. Click Reset My Password (Link above)
  2. Enter your national number and click Submit
  3. An email will be sent to the email address in the membership database
  4. To reset, click on the link in the email, enter your new password, and then click Submit.
  5. Once you've updated your password, return to the sustainer update website - http://dar.secure-donor.com/dar-members/
